In addition to its pursuit of various launch technologies, the Bifrost program will need to look into developing a number of other systems that support its development, deployment, and operation of launch systems. Though the Bifrost program will generally be a much ‘leaner’ operation than most any national space program, it will still require some facilities of scale and orbital systems that may supplement the capabilities of its launch systems. In this sub-section we will explore some of these.
